Vishnu travels on his garuthmantudu.If people have faith and belief in Rama ,he clears all their bad deeds.Even if they are unsurmountable crimes and bad deeds also,he simply wipes them off.He gives them riches and worldly pleasures which are equal to those of Indra.In the fag end of our lives,he sees that we achieve salvation and see that we become one with the universal soul of Rama.
